Subject: Growing Safety Concerns - Car Break-Ins Becoming Frequent As a resident of Chestnut Ridge for a year, I'm writing this review with serious concerns about the increasing number of vehicle break-ins within the community. Over the past 24hrs I've heard from multiple neighbors, and have seen multiple cars being targeted in this neighborhood & heard about Lilly Gardens. This situation has unfortunately eroded my sense of safety and security living here. While I initially felt comfortable in this community, the fact that my spouse personal property is being violated in this manner is deeply unsettling. It naturally leads to the worrying thought: if vehicles parked within the complex are not secure, what measures are truly in place to prevent intrusions into our homes? I urge managemen

Very quiet place not to much going on a good place for a family but maintenance is inconsistent and getting help is a hit or miss at times and if it's an issue that they need to bring a machine to your home like for us they needed to bring a dehumidifier in my home that ran for 3 days 24/7 cause they found mold in our closet that wasn't our fault so they cut the mold out they ran the machine for 3days it made our room extra dry and hot we ended up having to sleep in the living room for 3 days when we brought up to management that our bill was high we were told to email the bill I sent screen shots n was told it wasn't enough I sent the bill to the email never received a response n I had to pay the bill because southern management was refusing to pay when they initially came to put the mac

Our experience here at the leasing office was really amazing. Tara and Selena treated us professionally with respect, and walk us through the leasing process with ease, and answer all our questions asked. I'll surely recommend future residents to make Chestnut Ridge their home .. The reception is great and they are wonderful people .

Sal is working very good. I like his work. He's very nice. He's friendly. He gets the job done period the office team is also good. Maintenance work is always done in my apartment. The new offoce lady Imani helps me with my rent cafe. And the Tara also is helpful. The appointment is also nice and spacious and the grounds are kept up pretty good.Everything is nice.I like it here

We have recently came to look at available units to move in and I must say their open floor plans are amazing! We were having issues with the application process and Imani went above and beyond to help us through it. She made a stressful situation into a delightful one! The entire staff at this community is professional and amazing! The property manager is great and has a lovely sense of humor! Thank you for all that you have done Imani....you're the best!
