The Glendale Residence Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. Everything has been wonderful, and the office staff is extremely detailed, helpful, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. A special thank you to Terrell and Fatima for everything you’ve done to help me. Your support and attention to detail have made a huge difference. I truly appreciate you both. I love my beautiful home and am very happy to be living here!

Rats, cockroaches, vandalized cars, and water issues. The ceiling for my apartment collapsed, water was EVERYWHERE in the kitchen. I’ve never experienced this before living in an apartment. The water in the buildings would be shutting off frequently, for “maintenance”. it would happened way too often, at least once every 2 weeks. They communicated it before it would happen, but for the rent you’re paying, water shouldn’t be shutting off often.. The rat issue was serious, there were several rats in my apartment. Also car wheels would be stolen, i remember in ONE week, there were 3 cars that got their wheels stolen, and neighbors complaining about it being an issue. There are also no security cameras.. for the rent ur paying, that’s absurd. There’s staff in golf carts monitoring the apar

I’m so pleased and happy with the Maintenance man Deandre williams he came to my home. He stopped my toilet from leaking. He fixed my tub as well and he has no problem with removing his shoes before entering my home. This is five star service at is best thank you Mr. williams for the speedy service. And being honest and trustworthy

I recently moved in and I must say this has been the been the easiest process. I was told about the community while at the nail shop by Ashlee. She over heard me talking about looking for a place to move too and she said would you mind if I tell you about the complex I work at. From there I was sold. I came in and met with Terrell and was so kind just as she said he would be. He asked me with my entire process. The apartment is very spacious and all my furniture can fit. I was having one issue with my washing machine and was frustrated but stan came over and showed me how to use it. I appreciate the team and this has been a blessing

I’m very disappointed with the way snow removal is handled at this apartment complex. The parking spaces have not been cleared for over two weeks, making it extremely difficult and unsafe for residents to park. The sidewalks have also not been cleared during this time, which is a serious safety concern. What’s most frustrating is that instead of properly clearing the snow, management seems more focused on towing residents’ cars. It feels like they are using this situation to tow vehicles and make money rather than maintaining safe and accessible conditions for the people who live here. Residents deserve better maintenance and basic safety, especially during winter weather.
