The Reef at Winkler

Living here as a resident I feel as if this is the most kept up apartment complex I’ve lived at since living in fort myers. The community is beautiful and clean. It is quiet and the residents are nice and welcoming. There a lot of families here and makes it feel like home when kids are running around outside. When the gate is down it’s never open for a long period of time they make it a priority to ensure we have a safe neighborhood. Almost everyone knows each other and it makes the experience amazing especially when you have children. Also, there is a school across the street and hear them playing outside in the middle of the day going home it shows we live in a good area. There’s a lot of shops near by everything is close and accessible.I recommend living here to anyone especially people

I’ve been living at The Reef for a while now, and I just wanted to share my thoughts. Ever since the new maintenance guy, Jeff, started working here, I’ve seen a real difference in how quickly repairs and requests are handled. He’s super responsive—whenever I report something that needs attention, Jeff shows up right away. He’s also really knowledgeable, so I feel confident that the work is done right the first time. It’s great to have someone who genuinely cares about keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, living at The Reef has been a great experience, and I appreciate the improvements since Jeff came on board.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Mallory Townhouse, i definitly dont wanna leave anytime soon🩷🩷🩷 . The management is responsive and friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building is always kept clean and secure. My unit was in excellent condition upon move-in — modern appliances, plenty of natural light, and very quiet. The location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all nearby. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience! My doggies love the place, is so pet friendly, the neighbors are really nice

My stayal The Reef at Winkler has been very pleasant. The place is secure. The office staff are incredible and always ho beyond their call of duty yo help you. The maintenance people are prompt and everything gets fixed right away. I regret moving here and strongly advise against considering this property. Despite being marketed as a “luxury” community, my experience has been defined by operational failures, poor communication, and unresolved maintenance issues. Here are the most significant problems: 1. Parking registration system is dysfunctional The new parking vendor repeatedly declined my application for reasons that were not applicable — including a “missing VIN,” even though the system does not contain a VIN field at all. I am still unable to complete registration because the portal does not function the way management claims it does.
