What a difference in professionalism, and knowledge of how to photograph, market and list a property! Even though everyone always says "you can't sell a house in Winter", they were proven wrong as Matt had us an offer in less than 30 days after taking over the listing! He guided us through the negotiation phase and we closed shortly thereafter.
