I just bought my first home and I want to give a HUGE shout-out to my AMAZING realtor Robert Bachta of Riordan Realty! I had 3 other realtors before I met Bob and he far surpassed all of them, including one who was supposed to be the best in their (neighboring) county! He not only was super attentive to detail, extremely communicative, highly motivated/driven, very understanding, but he was also extremely patient as not many agents would have stuck by a first time home buyer looking for a farm type property on a single income for as long as he did! VERY RUDE. CALLED HERE AND ASKED ONE QUESTION AND THEN ASKED THE WOMAN HER NAME ABOUT 3 TIMES AND SHE WOULD NOT TELL ME AND HUNG UP ON ME. CALLED RIGHT BACK TO ASK HER WHY SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND LET IT RING ABOUT 8 TIMES AND SHE WOULD NOT ANSWER. ENOUGH SAID.
