Murphy Apartments

Not a bad place at all. Management is excellent; go above & beyond. If there is a bad egg, prompt to take care of. Monthly pest service if need be, reasonable rents, prompt maintenance, secure building with cameras and key entry only. In my opinion, Auburns best kept secret.

Anyone who has wrote 5 star reviews have either never ever visited or lived there and are lying about the review! The "Murphy building is TERRIBLE! I been in Murphy buuilding several times because I would here someone screaming for help! I lived next door and worked on other side for a long time! Cops almost daily, and the tenents do not take care of themselves or the apartments!! How could anyone write 5 stars? The question is what would they could 1 star?!!

We know someone who lives there. They have a saying. If you want an Officer just visit the Murphy Apartments. For the most part everyone is very frendly who live there. We have had no problems there but then we are not looking for any eather. The apartments are mostly small we are told. I am shure that they must have a few med size ones.

It's a home and the price is right for myself plus it's centrally located , everything it was in walking distancem
