The property that I lived in had multiple issues and it was reported at the time Judy took over management. Judy took photos of issues. Issues went unresolved for the remainder of the time we lived there (10 months). We HAD TO MOVE due to ice forming on the inside of windows in early December when temperatures started to get really cold. The windows were in such disrepair they were nearly falling out of the house. During the summer the AC was flooding the basement because it was leaking into the floor so much. We had not planned to move till next spring but we decided to check out the market anyway to get an idea of what we could afford since we were selling two homes and had not moved in 25 years so we didn’t know what homes were even selling for these days. By far, one of the best RE companies I've worked with. They went above and beyond staffing my home to the point I wasn't sure I wanted to sell - they made it look like a model home!

Unprofessional! They do not answer your calls, I tried to inquire about a rental unit on 7-5 and was told it wouldn't be available to tour until 7-20, then later received a email on 7-8 stating its rented after I paid the application fee of course.
