The Rainier

I have lived here for a few years already and just signed a new lease. The office staff has always been exceptional and professional. I just recently met Jennifer and she has been so pleasant to deal with. She has explained any process or questions I may have had. She hasn't seemed put out, but rather happy to help. She has excellent communication and follow-up. Any concerns I may have had, the office has taken care of in a timely manner. I generally don't have maintenance issues, but just recently requested some assistance in repairs (mainly due to wear/tear/age). Both maintenance, Dan and Josh, have been amazing. They have gotten the repairs taken care of so quick and their work looks better than the prior work. I appreciate both of them in helping and going above & beyond. Both seem to

Nice apartment complex with well-kept grounds and friendly staff. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is generally quiet and comfortable. Overall, a great place!

Currently looking for a new place to live, came across these apartments, decided to give them call. The management lady I believe her name was Jennifer, was very helpful in explaining the floor plans and amenities to me. Might consider moving here after my lease is up!

This is long overdue but well deserved. I've lived at the Rainier (formerly The Villa South) apartments for about 2 years now and there's a reason I did and will renew my lease. Mostly because I feel like more than a tenant or a unit number here. I feel like an individual and a human who's quality of life matters and the management team here understands and respects that. They do their best to make my stay the best by being welcoming and helpful being that their such a huge role in a major part of my life which is where I live. I haven't gotten to know the newer lady all that well but my interactions with her have been pleasant. I have however gotten to know McKenzie rather well and she's always professional personable and kind. I would be lying if I said I've never had a problem here as w

I just wanted to reach out to the powers that be. I wanted to speak about your maintenance man. His name is Dan, Dan is always extremely polite and has a good attitude. He's been able to fix anything I've asked of him. The one time he couldn't he made sure somebody came that could. I hope in some way he gets a gold star and please let him know that it's from Coleen Lester
