The Quorum at Trophy Club Townhomes and Apartments

Current resident, been here a week and i have nothing but good things to say from the very first tour to the application process it was all done so quick and so much communication from the property, Wendy from the office has been an angel sent from heaven she is wonderful as well as Jeremy from maintenance he is so communicative and gets everything done fast and does an amazing job never had a maintenance this good im extremely happy the neighborhood is beautiful and i love the secure feeling from the security systems to the cops taking care of the roads. The neighbors are extremely welcoming and super nice it really is the best community, super peaceful and i love the light that the townhouse gets

I cannot say enough great things about The Quorum Town Homes! From their exceptional responsiveness to maintenance requests to their wonderful staff, they have truly exceeded my expectations. Jeremy, in particular, is an absolute star! Whenever I have encountered an issue, question, or problem, Jeremy has come to my rescue and resolved it almost immediately. His dedication and promptness in addressing any concerns are truly remarkable. The grounds of The Quorum Town Homes are impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming and beautiful atmosphere. It's a pleasure to come home to such a well-kept community. Additionally, the location is superb, providing convenient access to all the amenities and attractions one could desire. Everything has been great since moving into the Quorum! Wendy has been so supportive at the office, she makes everything easy. Jeremy has been top notch the times we’ve had him out. Can’t say enough good things about the home or the folks at the Quorum!

Love it here at the Quorum. Wonderful atmosphere, location and people. Trophy Club is a great town. The Quorum staff is terrific. Wendy is fantastic and handles everything so professionally. Highly recommend!

My 3 boys and I have lived at The Quorum of Trophy Club for about 2 years. The apartments are SAFE, clean, staff is great, schools are amazing and the grounds and landscaping are well kept. We have a 3 bedroom loft which is a perfect fit for our family. This home has been a blessing to us!
