Kristin Sha Boyd was incredibly helpful and very posititive during our entire process. She did her best to minimize our requirements/actions as we had complex documentation. Everything was handled remotely and you could always hear the smile in her voice when we spoke on the phone.

Robb was with me through ever step. I have been told that the exprience of buying a home and its home loan process was nerve racking. However, Robb made it easy, clear, and precise.
