Bevan Apartments at Trophy Club

Just toured The Bevan today and wow, It is such a pretty community! Christopher and Tanner were both so welcoming and easy to talk to. They made the whole tour feel super relaxed and fun. Definitely a place to check out if you’re looking!

Moved in last September and am delighted to live here every day. The property and grounds are pristine, the lighting plan and storage in my unit are unparalleled and living here is peaceful. Many thanks to the entire Bevan team for their unfailing efforts, kindness and professionalism.

Complex is very well maintained and clean. Low low electric bills. Residents seem friendly, kind, and considerate of one another. Management is professional and responsive. Maintenance requests completed within a day. Not a party scene. Quiet. Love the parking garage and included cable package and stand in shower with glass door. I feel safe. Trophy Club police is around.

And the hits just keep coming here at Bevan. Notified I had a package in the Amazon Locker, attempted to retrieve it and got an error that the code (bar and manual) was invalid. After the Amazon overseas support couldn't help me I went to see the "management" team. They claimed they could manually open it and it was FedEx's fault. Needless to say they COULD NOT open it!!! And now I wait, yet again, for incompetence squared as they scramble to figure this out. Every damn day brings new frustration around here! They should be paying me to live here at this point!!!!! So, today I finally had my TollTag assigned to my new vehicle for entry to the garage. However, I had submitted the request 6 days ago?!? I seriously question which part of property management the staff actually gets done aroun
