The apartment is awesome!great layout any time I need maintance they are always right there. Always friendly and kind I love it here the reason there is trash everywhere is because people leave the lids open then the coons get in there and scatter it not to mention the littering just saying but I think it’s a great place to live

This apartment complex is so poorly maintained. Garbage laying everywhere. Mold and algae growing on the back porch. Stairways look absolutely horrible.

Apartments are older and have not been updated, but aren’t awful. You have windows on both sides, which is lovely in good weather. However, the property management is terrible. In my time there they encouraged me to: -call the police on a mentally handicapped resident (was not a danger) -ignored my calls about taking my dog who died of cancer off my lease - allowed me to go two separate weekends in the middle of winter with no heat (below freezing temps outside) -spent a week in the middle of winter trying to avoid replacing a busted water heater (no hot water with below freezing temps outside) -delivered my renewal notice late and right before a holiday so I would be unable to sign before the cut off for the promotional offer And now that I’ve moved out, they withheld part of my deposit

My mother lived there for 15 years and paid 795.00 a month. She moved to a down stairs apartment for the last 2 years. Since she only lived there for 2 years they charged her $175.00 for carpet cleaning. They said it was in the lease. When she moved in that apartment,all they did was shampoo the carpet. The rest of it was dirty. We had to clean it before moving in. I suggest you read the small print on the lease because they like to squeeze out your money for a under par apartment.

I've only been living here for just a few weeks now but everything has been quite amazing. The agency we went through for the apartment was very professional and polite. The apartment was incredibly clean upon moving in. The maintenance crew is very prompt and polite. They answered all questions I had. I have yet to dislike anything about the apartment, complex, or the rental company.
