Riverbend Apartments

I have lived at these apartments for over a year now and I'm very happy and grateful to be here. I feel safe and my daughter loves the environment it's stable secure clean and friendly and I'm working one mile from here where I live so I'm planning on being a lifer!! I couldn't be more happier than what I am right now!! Grateful ❤️ Blessed ❤️

During a recent walkthrough, the property was clean and well kept. The units are clean and sufficient compared to the cost of lease. The property mananger and staff were kind, professional, and helpful. This is a good property for anyone needing close proximity to the Veteran's Hospital and current work in the oil & gas field.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. First of all, the most ridiculous thing about these apartments is they allow smoking. To make matters worse, the apartments have shared vents with other units below, beside, and above them. The second hand smoke is horrible and will literally kill you if you live here long enough. Secondly, our apartment has a terrible mold problem that can never be fixed. The windows are terrible and hold condensation and mold. I'm sure we aren't the only ones with these problems. Stay away! Not worth the price which is lower than other places around here. It's not worth you dying early.
