Maple View Apartments

Rented from them recently. Only got $130 out of my $745 security deposit back! Cleaned it up and down with my grandparents before moving out and they still charged me over $400 for cleaning! I have picture proof that everything was clean before moving! Charged me for stuff that wasn’t for me! Never rent from them!

Honestly, I've lived here in the Locust View section for about 3 years now and I really do enjoy living in this small neighborhood! It truly is a fairly quiet and peaceful community. Drugs are not even an issue in my community, and most of the neighbors are pretty introverted, like me, so there's never much hassle. Some though, are so bored that they constantly feel the need to talk bad about others behind their backs and spread rumors void of truth. Keep to yourself and know whose got your back. Of course, there's the occasional loud, drama loving, and ignorant tenants that pop up from time to time, but you'll have that anywhere you go! A big plus is that they never last long before being booted! All in all its a really decent place to live, especially for newlyweds or just a young couple

I do not recommend living in the mapleview or Locustview area first off the land lady is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to do her job there’s been multiple complaints about That Justin Hurst guy and the drug apartment he goes to and she won’t do a damn thing about it secondly the apartment I moved into the dish washer does not work neither did the stove for about three months we’ve called and called and called and she said she’d send someone down to fix it at this time never showed up and finally just last week after about two years of hassle for the dishwasher she got it fixed also there’s the laundry room she’s supposed to unlock every day when she gets to work and locks it everyday before she leaves she doesn’t even unlock it only when she feels like it several apartments

Very Very rude. Was yelling at me and my family to get the f out. Will not rent here or suggest anyone to rent here.

I live at maple view and everyone stays to their self and clean.
