The Q Playa Apartments

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The concierge staff is always friendly, the management team is very helpful and addresses any concerns, and the building stays very clean. The pool and hot tub are great, and the game room is a nice bonus when friends come over. The staff also hosts resident events that are really well put together and are a nice plus. Big shout out to the property managers, especially Misty. She’s very friendly, very helpful and helps takes care of any of our concerns in a very kind and professional manner. Whenever I’ve reached out with a question she’s been very responsive and makes sure it gets handled properly. The neighbors are also quiet and respectful, and the whole place feels safe and well cared for. Maintenance has been quick and professional,

My experience living at the Q is nothing but awesome! I love the amenities especially the sports lounge, the jacuzzi and gym. The complimentary coffee is such a great touch and makes my mornings! Special shout out to Allen, Bertha, Jasmine and Edwin and who provide an excellent service on a daily basis and of course kudos to the maintenance and cleaning crew who keep it spotless and sparkling!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Misty has done such a great job creating community to where it doesn’t feel like just an apartment. The concierge are all nice and go above and beyond for their residents and their guests. They make you feel like family and encourage you to participate in all community activities. Misty and her team take pride in getting to know who lives here. They’re so personable and truly enjoy where they work.

I recently toured The Q Playa and had a great experience. Barry was extremely friendly, patient, and very clear in explaining the amenities and available units. His follow-up email was detailed and super helpful for comparing floor plans. Even though I’m still deciding on my move plans, the property left a very positive impression — modern spaces, great amenities, and a professional leasing team. Highly recommend asking for Barry if you schedule a tour.

I was a resident at this location almost 4 years. The Q acquired the building a few months after I moved in and it was a ROUGH transition, to say the least, which I gave a 1 star review about it during that time. However, over the years it’s become a total 180 and I’ve come to LOVE the property, plus the staff is excellent. This review is inspired by Misty (honorable mention to Diamond, Elsa, Riley, Chris and the entire crew). Misty and her team have gone above and beyond for this self proclaimed “very particular” tenant. Misty and team are professional and courteous and truly do want to help in whatever capacity they can. It’s a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review for 2 main reasons. 1-because my rent was increased $700 within 4 years with no updates/upgrades, so they priced me out…b
