The Pynes by Trion Living

I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Lack of communication & changes made to the mailbox location are some of the reasons I will not be renewing. I wish I could shorten my lease & get out of it. If I had the money to pay the extra fees to end my lease early, I would. I get charged amenity fees monthly for amenities that haven't been clean or kept manageable since I've moved to this complex; I wanted to use the pool over the summer, but it's been green since I started my lease. Building lights haven't been on for more than a month & I've almost tripped by the stairs multiple times heading to work or coming home at night. I can't wait for my lease to be over.

They don’t fix anything. They’ll keep telling you “put in a maintenance ticket,” but won’t follow through. I’ve had mold in my apartment for almost the entire lease. They STILL haven’t replaced anything. Meanwhile, they still want rent on time AND in full. MANY people complain and they still don’t fix anything. The pool hasn’t been opened in almost 2 years, the lights on the outside of certain buildings haven’t worked in around 2 years as well, the gate doesn’t work, and there are multiple HUGE potholes at the entrance of the complex. They want all your money, but won’t be an actual functioning complex. These are the same issues as the old company that owned this place before them.

The office managers are terrible . the only one that had an ounce of respect & dignity was kendrika ! Now she’s gone I’m sure the other 2 will run this place into the ground with their nice nasty attitudes and carelessness for the people that spend their money here. They never answer a maintenance request , they add double fees im starting to think they are pocketing money. I’ve started my own investigation. Holes , mold , roaches , & no heat during the winter. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! And I wish they hired new office people . Those women don’t belong on around anybody , wouldn’t even leave them around my dog.

My daughter recently moved here, DO NOT MOVE HERE! They don’t respond to your requests, it takes WEEKS for a response! It’s been a MONTH since the fellow made his debut and no ONE HAS COME OUR YET! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE HERE. And don’t let me get started on the roaches!!!!! NO PEST CONTROL AT ALL….this place should be shut down, rebuilt and THEN rent the units out. Will be reporting this to the news, the state and whoever else will listen until they clean this UP!
