This apartment is AMAZING, the process was smooth, Isaiah was so helpful I applied and got approved within 24 hours! Once I got approved I moved straight in. Again thanks Isaiah for your outstanding support in making this happen. The staff here is amazing! I love my place it’s big and very roomy! Don’t miss out! Definitely choose Alta Mill apartments if you looking for a safe, friendly, neighborhood and outstanding staff!

I'm a new resident and so far, no complaints. The neighborhood is quiet, the landscape is well kept, the people in my building are nice, the leasing office staff (Isiah and Brad) are very attentive. I had one thing that needed to be fixed in my unit and within the same week, it was fixed. The fitness center is a plus as well. I also think it's adorable that they have gatherings for the neighborhood like this past holiday, they had Christmas Bingo. I'm excited with my choice and glad that the staff is as friendly as they are.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please read before signing a lease. I lived at Alta Mill for 3 years, and the ONLY reason I stayed initially was because I was fresh out of college and it was what I could afford at the time. Now, they charge only a few hundred dollars less than newer, far better apartment complexes — and it is absolutely NOT worth it. I rarely leave reviews, but I’m truly trying to save yall the stress and frustration. Move-in was a red flag immediately. I was given the wrong unit, and when they moved me to another one, it clearly wasn’t ready to be lived in — dirty blinds (some on the floor), chipped paint, and an overall lack of cleaning. The leasing office even apologized and fixed things on the spot, confirming the unit was not ready to be lived in. Over the years, I dealt with use
