Forest Glen

I’ve had a really good experience living here so far. I haven’t had any major issues, and the few small things that did come up were handled quickly and professionally. Management has been responsive and respectful, which makes a big difference. Overall it’s been a smooth and comfortable place to live, and I appreciate how timely they are with addressing concerns

I have been apartment hunting for a while, as I was driving I did a U-turn into forest glen to inquire. The complex grounds is well kept & clean! I Walked into the leasing office and was greeted by Aaliyah which is an Amazing Lady she got right down to business. We toured a unit and the space is excellent for a 1/1. I love that the units comes with washer n dryer & the fire place is a win for me. I can’t wait to move-in.

Mrs. Maryln is so helpful, understanding. Anytime I need her help or have a problem she gets the job done ‼️ Thankful to have someone like her in office. ~Laniya

I’ve lived in apartments across many different cities and states but Forest Glen is by far the worst!! Every maintenance request I’ve ever submitted has been closed without actually being fixed. I had to complain to the corporate office just to get a new mailbox door after complaining for 6 months. I had the property manager Miguel come to my apartment and make a list of everything that needed to be repaired but I never heard from him after that. I had my power go out and I called the leasing office twice but never got a response. I ended up going up there since I work from home and cannot be without power. They were closed and it was 4 pm. I’ve e only been here 3 months and I have requested maintenance several times and I get the bare minimum service or no shows up. My storage unit is locked I can’t get in I never was given a key, the kitchen cabinet were detached when I moved it I had to request maintenance, my fridge and freezer has these insects/ bugs that keep for some reason returns to the point I don’t even utilize me freezer. I think it’s mold!!!!!Black mold in my bathroom!!! I had a leak from the ceiling and I’m still waiting for some one to come and look at it this was 3 weeks ago never heard anything back. and I suffer from asthma. so I put in a request and Jordan marked as complete when no one has been to my unit I’m currently in touch with my County and Government officials because every one deserves a non toxi
