I cannot express how disappointed I am with this property management company. From the very beginning, their level of professionalism was shockingly low. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Their communication was appalling, and they were unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes or make any effort to resolve things. I’ve never felt so unsupported by a property management team. If you’re looking for a place that values tenants and actually resolves issues, do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Ms. Sandy U. Johnson has been more than angel since the very 1st time we spoke. I initially engaged with Ms. Sandy in hopes to co-op a transaction with her on one of her listings. My experience with Sandy was an unpleasant one. She is unprofessional, has a bad attitude, and unpleasant to work with. Im not sure if it is her personality or she was going through something personal at that time, but I wouldn’t work with her again or recommend her to family and friends. I’m not one to tear another down and I genuinely hope this feedback is taken into consideration.
