The Preserve on Allisonville Townhomes

Lived here for about two years, from the start things weren't right. The townhouse wasnt ready for us to move in which lead to us having to put in multiple maintenance requests. During which one of the crew members LET MY CAT OUT. He was missing for 8 days, and the only person who seemed to care or reach out was the office manager Tammy. I will say she is the only one who cares. She probably should work for a better company she doesn't have to keep apologizing for. They offered me no compensation for this until I threw a fit and took it to corporate and even then it was next to nothing. Don't try and talk to any other management other than Tammy you'll get nowhere. The property is heavily outdated for how much they charge and oh by the way when you move out they will try and charge you ri

Tammy King did an amazing job touring us today. She went through the whole process and answered any questions we had with ease. Had a great time talking and visiting the available townhouses. She explained everything that would be from applying to renting.

OH MY GOODNESS! Tammy King was outstanding touring us today! She layed everything out, no stone unturned, we couldn't have asked for a better tourer. If there is ever a way to request your tour guide I would recommend her everytime.

This property charges way too much and they do the bare minimum. I'm still stuck in my parking spot because no snow Removal was done and is never done when snow comes. I've lived her 5 years and this will be my last year living here. I'm tired of work orders never getting done snow never getting plowed or at least salted and the front office being closed so much. The maintenance man complains that the supervisor is spread over 3 properties which is weird and just a way for the company to save a buck and that he'll be retiring this year. I did get my hopes up he was doing snow removal but he only snow blowed his friends. That's not cool. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you wanna pay for services you don't actually use like gym, internet, pool, playground and maintenance. They always
