The Preserve On 10th

Sarah is such an awesome property manager, and the maintenance tech is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I loved living at The Preserve but had to surrender my apartment due to a health crisis. Instead of making the process painful and expensive, Sarah was incredibly kind and understanding and took care of everything. I'm so thankful for the staff at The Preserve who made my renting experience positive. It may be easier to rent from the "big guys," but you get so much more when renting from a smaller company that cares. As for my previous apartment, it was truly top-notch - granite countertops, new appliances, and a shower I enjoyed so much for shaving, given the generous lighting and room. The heat works well, though a humidifier is never a bad idea. The apartments are reasonably priced

Very nice apartments. Manger was friendly. Good location. Just a little out of my budget other wise I would have wanted to go in there.

Seeeems like the best of both words when it comes to renting GREAT PRICE as well as boarder line luxury style and quality living space and arrangements would DEFINITELY recommend

Friendly staff beautiful architecture a prices that are basically a crime rooms worth 2.5k are 1.2k and rooms worth 1k are 700 and that's a over estimate I PROMISE it's a bargain AND high quality

NoAir conditioning and hallways were stinky
