Sand Lake Apartments

I'm very happy here at the Sand Lake Apartments. The community is safe, quiet with friendly neighbors! I enjoy walking around the community, sitting by the swimming pond or out on my patio.

I have lived at Sand Lake for 4 years. I love my apartment! I love the full-size modern appliances, the low-maintenance floors, my own front door, and the high ceilings. Kristy and Lily have been so helpful and friendly to me from day 1. Scott and Josh in maintenance were very prompt with the few needs I have had.

My fiancé and I lived here for a little under 2 years. Our apartment was a perfect space for the two of us. Maintenace was always on top of anything we needed done. The property was well maintained, and the pond view was very pretty. However, please be aware that the buildings were built on sand. So, a few days after we moved in, we realized there were quite a few ants all around our apartment. Management was quick to respond to the issue and attempted to come up with a solution. But we ended up doing all of the upkeep on our own. Constantly mopping and vacuuming the floors as even a spec of food on the floor would attract them. Quiet apartment with beautiful lake behind us. Very open and lots of room for 2 us to live in. Direct entry gives more of a condo feel to it.

My husband and I have lived here for going on three years and we have never had a negative experience. Always extremely quick with maintenance requests.
