Swan Ridge Apartments

Rating my experience with Swan Ridge management/maintenance/housekeeping, all have been very accommodating and helpful since I moved in the fall of 2025. As far as the apartment itself, I love it, and the view cannot be beat! Having moved from my condo, it has been a bit difficult to get used to apartment noises from other tenants, especially being on the bottom floor. Ordinary noises are tolerable and not bad, but excessive walking/running/jumping has been hard to get used to.

Our Swan Ridge apartment is our first experience at apartment life in our retirement. We absolutely love it! Properties are maintained so well that we have no worries.

Having potluck and seasonal parties has made me feel very welcomed. The maintenance staff is outstanding.

I have lived on three continents as well as several states throughout the country. Toonen Properties stands out far above the rest. Recently, our refrigerator began to show signs of age. Toonen quickly responded to our concerns, sent a pair of maintence men to our apartment and quickly determined we needed a new refigerator. Within a week, we had a brand new unit installed.
