The Preserve At West Creek

Horrible place, it’s like a cardboard box, looks beautiful from outside but so poorly constructed that you wouldn’t be able to sleep when neighbors breath. We stayed for one year and left the apartment in a better condition than we received but they came up with hypothetical reasons to take all our $2300 of security deposit. Be aware people.

I recently moved out of this apartment complex, and I had a great experience. Nicolette, the property manager, was always professional and kept everything running smoothly. The lawns were well-maintained, and snow removal was timely. I enjoyed grilling at the clubhouse and the peaceful atmosphere with friendly neighbors. The sunsets and evening walks around the neighborhood were relaxing, and having Hannaford right across the street was convenient. The interior of the apartment was also fantastic, with great appliances and a well-designed layout that made the space feel open and comfortable. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

My wife and I have lived here since March ‘21. We enjoy it here. It’s convenient to a lot of local restaurants and grocery store. Our two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment is very spacious. We enjoy the new stainless steel appliances in our updated kitchen. We love our washer and dryer and we have tons of closet space. The process of moving from another state was made easier by Crystin who went the extra mile. It’s been interesting to see the Preserve grow since March. The new clubhouse has amazing exercise equipment and we can’t wait to use the patio and fire pit. There is a nice mix of singles, couples, families and retired people here that makes it a nice place to live.

My personal experience at The Preserve at West Creek has been second to none thus far. After leaving a property where the service was not an initiative, coming to The Preserve at West Creek has been more than I could have asked for. Crystin was very thorough and transparent during the entire moving in process and selection of an apartment. Nicolette has been so informative to the residents at the property and takes extra care in making sure maintenance needs are met swiftly, and she goes the extra mile to make sure that all aspects of not only the living conditions, but also resident life in general is fulfilling. The Preserve at West Creek is a luxury setting, but includes a family atmosphere where those in leadership make sure their residents are treated fairly and are the priority. Amen

Just renewed for my third year. Quiet apartment community at an affordable price within minutes from everything. Management is quick to respond to any questions or issues. I would absolutely recommend!!!!
