Carpenter Village Apartments

I had a good experience staying here for about a year(may 24-june 25). The neighbors were great. I took away 1 star cause there are some issues with washers and dryers keep breaking ,they definitely need to upgrade those. Janay is great manager she goes above and beyond to help. I would recommend this place for decent and peaceful stay.

The worst place to live!! Management here SUCKS! And the neighbors are some of the most entitled people I have ever met. They have a pet limit here yet I’ve seen numerous people with dogs that are definitely over 25 pounds and I doubt they’re all “ESA”. The walls here are so thin you can hear your neighbors using the bathroom…LITERALLY. And those same neighbors will complain about “noise” when there is no sense of privacy. Everything is old and dated, things constantly break. The only good thing about this place is maintenance, they were always nice and helpful. This entire complex needs to be thrown away and get better people who aren’t stuck up and entitled. Would not recommend if you’re in your 20s looking for a place to live…they hate young ones

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. PROPERTY MANAGER IS AWFUL. WE HAVE TWO WASHER AND DRYERS FOR THREE BUILDINGS AND THEY ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. The property manager writes fake reviews to try and make this place look good. Move in process was horrible. The cleaning company they hired cleaned the stove with chemicals and then turned on the self cleaning mode which smoked out our whole apartment and refused to have it cleaned so I spent the entire day cleaning the carpets before we moved our new furniture in. I had to rent an industrial carpet cleaner and solution to get the stench out (was never reimbursed) Charged me 150.00 to install an ac unit that I bought. (They make you pay to have it installed, you cannot install it yourself) the extra 50 was for plexi glass is what I was told. Picture of sa

I am a current resident that resides in one of the penthouse apartments. My apartment is the size of a house!! I love my place and my doggie Bebe loves it here too. To have the pool, tennis courts and shopping plaza so close is absolutely amazing!! Our rental manager is just wonderful and is always smiling! I love it here and I plan on being here for a very long time!!!!

Very disappointing! Under new management since previous reviews. Manager, Susan, is okay and friendly. Head Maintenance guy is the rudest I have met. He seems to be instantly pissed off the second you need something fixed or have an issue. However, they have been fast to repair things needed so far. The grounds are covered in dog poop because no one is competent enough to have a dog let alone pick up after it. My husband and I have lived here a month now and I am ready to move just due to the number of times we have stepped in dog poop and brought it in the house and car. The manager can't do much about it since the only option at this point is to not allow dogs at all. We are very disappointed. I don't recommend this place.
