Mill Hollow Apartments

While our experience at Mill Hollow Apartments in Guilderland did not meet our expectations, I believe it is important to share our thoughts to help others make a more informed decision. As quiet tenants who always paid our rent on time, we anticipated a professionally managed and well-maintained environment. Unfortunately, Mill Hollow is owned by an investment company from downstate that is disconnected from the needs of the Capital Region. Their unwillingness to invest in the property is evident in its continued deterioration. The complex, consisting of 12 buildings and 82 apartments, lacks a dedicated cleaning service and instead relies on a resident in his 60s who struggles with a bad back. I've not had the opportunity to live here yet. Regardless, Dennis is outstanding and truly someone special as a property manager. He's gone above and beyond to help us have the best opportunity to be part of this community. He alone deserves 5 stars

I’ve lived here a little over two years and have no complaints. 90% of our neighbors are friendly and respectful. Great family community and dog friendly with a newly added fenced in dog area! Apartments are nice and really can’t go wrong with the price. I’ve never had issues with management or maintenance either. The community is kept up nicely year round and is quiet. It’s a great complex for those looking for a quiet lifestyle with little disturbance and families.

Very nice complex with beautiful grounds. The units are modern and spacious. The apartment manager is readily available and responds quickly. Our neighbors are all very nice and it is a quiet, comfortable place to live. A big plus is it is also dog friendly, and the many nice amenities include a new dog park. We are very happy here.

We have lived here for 5 months so far. Mill Hollow is very quiet and well maintained. Management and staff are attentive to the complex. Dennis does a great job and cares for every tennant and for the complex like it was his own. We have dealt with Zach, Julio, Dennis and Scott and we couldnt be happier. Many thanks.
