The Preserve at Spring Lake

I am posting this review to document my experience as accurately and thoroughly as possible. Since moving in less than six months ago, I have dealt with an ongoing rat infestation inside my unit. I am a licensed pest control technician, and the presence of rodents has been confirmed not only by me, but also by the property’s maintenance staff, the pest control company hired by the property, and the leasing office. I have extensive documentation, including photos, videos, and audio recordings, and there are also public complaints online that reflect similar issues. If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences imaginable. We’ve dealt with roach infestations after a neighboring unit moved out and mold growing in the carpet by our front door. Because their policy doesn’t allow doormats, moisture builds up immediately as you walk in — creating a serious health concern we’ve been fighting to have addressed for months. Our infant is currently in the ICU, and we can’t help but feel the unsafe and unsanitary conditions here have contributed to it. The balcony situation has been just as unacceptable. Amazing place to live! I’ve really enjoyed my time at The Preserve at Spring Lake. The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff is always friendly, The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the location is perfect-close to everything but still peaceful. I also love the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. Overall, it’s a great place to call home and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming community.

Don't believe any positive reviews you seen. This place is disgusting. I am so far beyond thrilled to move out. The new office staff is better and maintenance has improved since we moved in, but the units are damn near uninhabitable

This place SUCKS! First month someone who LIVES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD broke into my car. Blinds falling off the wall mount, dirty air vents, and they have A SCAMMY TOW COMPANY working for them. And they add on charges for fun DEFINITELY NOT RESIGNING
