The Preserve at Harbison

Scheduling a time to tour was easy and the tour was excellent. The gym, club house, and pool area is modern and easily accessible. Location is great, walkable to many stores and the transportation center. I love having a two car garage and the small private yard. The daily trash pick up is an additional bonus.

We lived here for 2 years. It was great when we started, but it slowly declined which was part of the reason we left. Pros: -Apartments are lovely -Area feels safe -Units have attached garages -Lots of natural lighting in the apartments -Gas stovetops in kitchens -Nice gym space -Pool and hot tub areas were maintained -Responsive, kind maintenance team -Great location in community. Close to: target, Walmart, Tesla supercharger, library, community center, bus station -Quiet community. Neighbors generally keep to themselves and are polite. Cons: -Most expensive apartments in the area. Prices are outrageous -Front office staff/management changed all the time -Front office staff often unavailable, even during “office hours” -Consistent problems with over billing or incorrectly billing. My wife and I moved in a couple of months ago and it has been a dream. We were worried because of poor experiences with other property management in the past, but Amanda and Nikkiy have been the most immediately responsive and knowledgeable 'community management' instead. Because that is what they are doing. Fostering a community. The maintenance team also is legendary with Tristan helping us out with any concerns. I'm very pleasantly surprised & I hope we never have to move!
