From Day one Kristina and her team were hands on with us. At first they walked us thru stuff we needs to fix on our credit report, and helped us prepare to buy. And then when the time came she went above and beyond. She sat down with us personally at our house and gave us our approval on Christmas eve day.This is our first home so we had no idea what to expect.
