The Preserve at Commerce

I like the place because is a nice place to call it home. I have been here for 5yrs and thank for everything the management do for the residents who are leaving here too. thank you!!!

My wife & I have been here 3 years. We will be moving to an assisted living apartments this summer. We will miss the maintenance staff and others greatly after we move. This place has been so great to us. Their maintenance program is above any other maintenance men in the state of Minnesota and my opinion. I use a scooter to get around and the hallways are wide enough for me to be able to turn around their elevator’s Are very wide to get in and out of. They have new carpeting in most of the hallways and the Overall appearance of this building feels like a five star hotel the move is necessary for me to have 24 hour assisted living. But I will miss the staff and rate our three year experience as a high 10 Mickey Craig.

My wife and I lived there for 2 years and 10 months. The rent would have been $600 higher than it was when we moved in if we would have renewed. The apartment does not have central air, but has window units that struggle to keep the apartment cool. There are not any frills: carpet, vinyl (which is not good quality and tears from furniture being on it.) cheap countertops, older appliances. The maintenance team is very professional and friendly. They replaced our garbage disposal at least five times. Our apartment flooded when both toilets overflowed causing us to live in a construction site for over two weeks. They offered no alternative place to stay while it was being fixed even though the faulty plumbing was to blame. We had blowers drying our carpet and they cut out 2 feet of Sheetrock

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now and love it! The staff make it the amazing place that it is, along with the quote and peaceful residents❤️

We have lived here for over a year and are very happy. The staff (Office and Maintenance) are very friendly and helpful. The few maintenance issues we have had were addressed very quickly. It is quiet here and very close to stores and restaurants. Update: We have now been here over two years and still love it. The Maintenance Staff are very good, fast and friendly.
