Lennar at Skye Meadows

Very low quality houses with high price. Staff treats customers unfairly. Pricing is not trustable. Never buy their houses where ever they are. They never fix anything after you close the house. They will tell you that it happened after closing the house despite proofing that its a construction error. I submitted couple requests and they didn’t give attention. I already stopped two of my friends from buying lennar home. So think twice before you make an offer. If you have the same issue with them plz respond to my review. I closed on march 30 and moved in feb 28/2025. I regretted buying a house.

Quality of the home is below average, if you're buying I would strongly encourage you do an inspection even though they say they don't allow it. Warranty process is a joke, they will do ANYTHING to avoid living up to the state mandated warranty period. You put in a claim, and they have someone call you about a week later to have some big guy come out two weeks later to tell you it's not their problem and you caused the issue and if you wait until next year, it won't be a problem. Below average quality with terrible customer service. I wish the City of Rogers would shape up and not let these national builders into their communities.

Kimberly Kelly was awesome. We put a deposit on a house that just started to be built and the entire process was easy. She was with us throughout the entire process and made sure everything went smoothly. We’ve lived here for a year now and absolutely love our house and neighborhood. All warranties were dealt with promptly. Lennar has built us a quality home.

Very disappointed, wall is already cracking in 3 months, everything in the house is a very cheap version , wont last even a year , there was no creativity in the house and structure, everything is just cheaply built. Go for an older house , they took time to build those old homes in the past and their structures are nice built , these new companies are playing with people and the worth of their money. We are playing for a home every month that we don't even like . They hid everything until the last minute when we had signed the contract that we couldn’t back out of . Sad ! Now we have to be spending extra money to re fix things on a “NEW HOME”
