You always hear that the loan process is the hardest step when closing on a home. Mona made sure that it was the easiest step for us! My Fiancé and I work late hours which makes it hard for us to work with normal office hours. Mona took time outside of her already busy schedule to ensure we had all our questions answered from the beginning of looking at homes all the way to our closing. We are so thankful to have her help us through purchasing our first home. Her and her team were so nice too! At one point, we were nervous that we wouldn't get certain proof from my employer, Mona sat on the phone with them for at least an hour to ensure that we would get what we needed for our approval. To top off that they made the process less stressful, they also offer a free truck to help with moving
