The Pradera Apartments

I’ve been a tenant at The Pradera Apartments for five years now, and I can’t believe I haven’t left a review until now. Over the years, this community has truly become a place I call home. It’s consistently quiet, clean, and has a comforting, home-like atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. One of the standout aspects for me has been the maintenance team. They are always prompt, respectful, and efficient — something I’ve come to deeply appreciate as a long-term resident. Recently, I experienced a moving situation that unexpectedly fell through. When I approached the leasing office for help, I was met with genuine compassion and a proactive plan to ensure I had a safe and reliable place to stay. We have lived here many years and over the last couple of years we have had the privilege of working with Kolten and Susan. They have been absolutely wonderful addressing all of our needs and more. Susan is more like a friend than an employee of The Pradera. She is personable, helpful, just absolutely lovely. Living here feels like home and we hope to stay here for many years to come.

Lived there for a year and initially it was good but once the rain storms hit in December 2024 there were roof leaks in the guest bedroom. I also found that the living room had leaks prior to me moving in. The room sat unlivable for multiple months with water intrusion. After a month they attempted to fix the roof the first of 2 times where after they came and painted over the stains on the wall and called it a day. Rain came again and so did the leaks where the room sat until another roof repair was attempted again after another multiple weeks. The room repair was again just to paint over it until I voiced concerns that it seemed like the walls were actually developing mold and that the carpet was never replaced. They finally came back and replaced all of my carpets as well as replaced s

****WARNING NIGHTMARE***** UPDATE: 10/12/2025 No the house keepers didn't come yesterday (10/11/2025) and I was not even notified. Had to call the office and was told they will be there Tuesday therefore pest control have to come on Wednesday. So walked into a filthy apartment with dead and living roach throughout. Can't move in under these uninhabitable conditions and oh movers are suppose to be here tomorrow (10/13/2025).RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY, DON'T LOOK AWAY, RUN!!! RED FLAG #1 Completed the whole application process in one day for x amount of money and x amount of months, however when it's time to sign the lease the price was $400 more. Are the prices not locked in once you apply? They did not honor the original advertised price for which was the main reason for doing the application

I’ve had such a great experience at The Pradera so far! From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming and helpful. I want to especially recognize Nolan, who went above and beyond during my move-in day. He was diligent, attentive, and truly made the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the maintenance team here is fantastic. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which gives me peace of mind as a resident. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the community running well. I’m really glad I chose The Pradera. It feels like home already!
