Dodged a huge bullet not working with this company. Mr. Fikru was rude and condescending in his tone. I saw the email he sent the owner and it was a blatant lie. He calls saying he wants to be transparent before doing app fee but were you really leaving off all the weird money requirements. Calls the next day after doing the application fee and says let me be transparent (OH! I thought you were yesterday) and explains all the money you have to pay up front to move in, but failed to say all that the day before when he called to be transparent. Scam at it's best is my opinion!
