Thank you Texas Title at Richardson Office for the professional work and service. It was very easy process when we close an estate house purchase in a very short period for about 2 weeks. All things done perfectly. Escrow officer there is amazing helpful. Team from both sides had been working hard to make the estate sale happened in no time. This is a record short time for closing. The Sale contract was signed since 2 weeks ago and was ready then for closing. Folks it's a really quality business out there. I have been encouraged to do more closings at this office.

One of the best experiences I have had with a title company. If it were not for Lamya, then we would have not closed. This title company does not give up. There are so many parties involved in a transaction and she made sure everyone involved was doing their due diligence. They think outside of the box and where others would say, "I'm sorry, we cant"- they make it their mission to find a solution and get us to the closing table. All hands were on deck. Thank you to Lamya and the entire team for your help, constant communication, and unprecedented knowledge from the time of contract until closing day. Will definitely recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a HORRIFIC firm, and I would warn all to run for the hills rather than use their services. I just sold my deceased father house, and the buyer agent INSISTED on using Texas title due to some connection they have there. Lamya, the person whole we worked with, seems allergic to providing detail, or guidance on the process. I constantly had to ask what things meant or what was needed. She also consistently provided incorrect information about what I needed to do, how the estate functioned with the sale of the house, and so on and so forth. The documents they sent me for closing required guidance, they provided none, I had to ask for it, multiple times. The conversations and requests made of me where as though I was in the real estate business an
