The Pointe at Texarkana

I lived at this location for a year back in 2016. No major complaints- management were all friendly and helpful. Maintenance was taken care of promptly. It was also nice that they had an emergency number should issues arrive. Paying rent was easy and online! Rental prices were a bit high (I paid $750 for a 2 bed, 2 bath with $30 extra a month in “pet rent” for a total of $780) considering the overall location (far side of the Arkansas side). I lived alone and always felt safe. Police regularly drove by and they had a courtesy officer to patrol at night. I moved to find a lower rental cost and to be closer to work. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Been here close to four years. The Pointe is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, and the people who live here are the same. The staff is amazing - personalized service and they know you by name. Minor problems are fixed quickly - usually the same or the next day. There are apartments in Texarkana that cost a lot more and aren't as nice a place to live.

The customer service was very pleasant. I was greeted by very courteous staff. The leasing consultant, Jamila,was very nice and I was pleased. I would recommend others who are looking to rent and if it has openings to try the Pointe.

I'm relocating to Texarkana end of the year and have been communicating with Tiffany for the past couple of months. I was finally able to meet her Labor Day weekend and she was just as friendly and informative as our phone conversations. I really look forward to becoming a resident.

They will try anyway to screw you out of as much money as they can. Lied to us about a six month lease and tricked us into a year. And a year after I move out get charged a $1000 debt that they have NEVER reached out before hand to notify us about it. And when we left we paid everything off right and gave them a 30 day notice and this is how it worked out.
