The Dels - Texarkana

I've lived here for six months now. A very nice and affordable place to call home. I haven't had any issues. The tenants are nice. The maintenance are always on site and ready to tackle any problem. And let's not forget the location. Everything is so convenient. Within walking distance. Great place to live.

I have been a resident at the Dels apartments for a month and have found the staff and maintenance team to be highly accommodating and attentive to any questions or concerns. The apartment complex is newly renovated with advanced security features including cameras and overnight security, providing a safe living environment, and also offers a laundry room for the residents. I wholeheartedly recommend this complex, if you’re looking for an affordable but comfortable living space.

The apartments are very nice, affordable, and has a peaceful community! The management and maintenance team are great with handling tenants issues. Also, the security provides a safe environment. The location is perfect; surrounded by various businesses within walking distance.

Great apartments to live in. It’s peaceful and quiet. The management responds quickly to any questions I have no matter the time. A good thing amongst others is that it’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants so you won’t have to drive drive far for anything. Really convenient! Would definitely recommend it to others.

My husband is blind and the apartments are nice and he can navigate through ours easily. The staff is friendly and caring, property is nice and quiet, security at night, and 24/7 hotline available for any concerns. We love it here. Safe and quiet place to call home. ♥️🖤♥️🖤
