Chapel Ridge Apartments

They took $100 from my deposit when the apartment was deep cleansed myself, i asked what was the reason for the deduction they didn’t have in detailed notes what they had to clean. Then they have a real bad bat problem in building 7 i was told they come every year round and a certain season and the manager before 2024 did not solve this issue. Had holes that sunken in floor and made the floor uneven but the remodel was nice I didn’t have to deal with roaches. I seen about five for the whole year. Maintenance is fast on getting stuff done and trust worthy. Very quiet place most of the time and is safe for children to play outside. Very beginner friendly was not ghetto n because it’s by every store on state line. I heard that is better than Fox creek but overall I would make a lease again.

The person in the leasing office made my move- in process very easy. The apartment looks pretty nice and serene for whoever looking for a quiet neighborhood.

Not a bad apartment when you’re on a budget experience. Probably the cheapest rent for a single bedroom apartment that isn’t in a sketchy area. $830 for rent and water. The location is convenient, but the interstate noise was annoying and the sound of cars burning down the highway at night. My biggest complaint was the smell of weed/cigarettes that sometimes comes in through the vents from neighboring apartment. Maintenance was reasonably quick when responding to breaks and got things fixed within 3 to 5 days at submitting a request. All in all, in my 11 ish months living at there, it was an okay experience. 3.5 experience because they let me out of my lease early without a penalty.

everything was good Move in was so easy everybody was respectful My code wasn't program in the keypad and they came out 10 at night and made sure I moved in on time I love everything about chapel ridge

This place ain’t never had a manger like Ms Brook. She been cleaning drains so water will flow right. No other manager ever step foot on side 2. Ms brook is a hard worker. Shes the best reason about this place. Yall did good bringing her here.
