The Pointe at Stafford Apartment Homes

We lived in a 898 sqft unit with 1 bed 1 den 2 bath carpet floor. Management changed 3 times during our 1 year lease. **We had a non-renovated model.** Do not live here unless it's a renovated unit, even then proceed with caution. Pros -Renovations are actively being done, but only once a tenant has moved out. -Main bathroom had a nice large counter surface should be for 2 sinks but ours only had 1. -Main bedroom was a good size -Smart locks and ac controls (not for everyone) -OK closets nothing to praise -Trash bins, no complaints walk over throw trash in it. -Parking is good because there isn't that many residents depending on building -Amazon Hub, convenient can be far for some units -Balcony/Patio good space with a closet to hold/stack extra stuff -Internet is in lease/rent and very f

The staff and property management team are friendly, responsive, and truly care about their residents. Kim, who works in the leasing office, is the most spectacular person I know. She is quick, friendly, and, if you have a question, she has the answer. She takes care of all the tenants needs and knows how to make us feel important. She is a great asset to Morgan Properties.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this apartment complex. I moved out this year and had rented here for about 2.5 years. It's cheaper for the size of apartment you get and is in a decent location but the amenties within the apartments are lacking. Plus they were not replacing broken appliances. I went 4 months without a working dishwasher, and they had zero intention of replacing it since I was moving out. Who knows if they replaced it for the next person to rent it since there was a giant list of people who didn't have working appliances. They were also very inflexible with the move-out time and eventually basically told me to either sign a year lease or get out, so I did.
