The Point by Ashton Woods

I visited The Pointe by Ashton Woods during their grand opening event and was really impressed! The homes are beautifully designed with open layouts, modern finishes, and beautiful design collections! The neighborhood has a great feel—peaceful, but still close to everything in Rolesville. Loved the walking trails and planned amenities as well. Definitely worth checking out if you’re house hunting in the Triangle.

Worst Builder in Town. I purchased my house 8 months ago from this builder. They gave all the good words but last 8 months we r going through hell. Two weeks ago From snow That Driveway turned in to a Disaster. Cracks everywhere and Cement is Coming off from all over Driveway. When I called them they were blaming snow for this disaster. They use third party to build those driveways and foundations. They did a third grade job to build those driveways. Cheap stuff and Cheap labour. This Company wanted to save big money and now Customer r paying the price. This is not a reliable company. Don't trust Ashton Woods. They do Fraud with customers. Thanks

We purchased a home at the Point by Ashton Woods and are so happy with our new home! From start to finish everything was handled with care and professionalism! Diana, our sales representative, was absolutely incredible-she was responsive, knowledgeable and truly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Our construction manager Ben was outstanding as well. Every aspect of the construction was handled with care and precision. I toured the Point by Ashton Woods during their grand opening and was blown away by the brilliant layout and extravagant details of the community. There is an obvious attention to detail not only in the models, but in all of the inventory homes I saw as well. Ashton Woods definitely didn’t cut corners in design and in the execution of its product. The location is 10/10. Great proximity to daily essentials and local favs. The crew out there was extremely knowledgable and beyond pleasant. Can’t wait to see the community continue to progress!

This is the second home by Ashton Woods by my fiancé and my first. Lloyd Tolson has been exceptional in guiding us through the process and answering questions along the way. The floorplan for the Caroline is exactly what we want! Amenities look to be excellent. As with any national builder there are things to expect. We can’t wait to get you to our new space! The town of Rolesville is quiet enough for us but growing rapidly!
