Upon my experience of moving into Granite Falls Apt homes, it was very interesting. The office manager Mrs.Sharon was fabulous but exact on what she had to do to get me an my family moved in here. As any person managing an Apt complex you do run into some that will make your job a little complicated, so as I read the reviews I had to get to know her for myself an not from what people said about her. She made sure that she worked timeless to get us into here an I appreciate her for all her hard work an effort. I had a wonderful experience renting this apartment for 3 years. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself is quiet, secure, and ideally located, making it easy to access grocery, restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment and the leasing team maintenance people Alex, John, and particularly the leasing office Sharron. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever I have concerns she was quick to address it with professionalism and a warm attitude.

STAY AWAY! Horrible management. Worse neighbors. One thing to note is that this is subsidized housing. Meaning if people are in a certain tax bracket (under around ~24k or so) then the government steps in and assists with a large portion of the rent, something like maybe 60-70%. At one point around 2018-2019, a property manager stole rent from tenants. The individual was arrested but management decided to still go after tenants for the missing rent and threatened them with eviction. The phones are rarely answered during business hours and emails are never responded to. The only time an email got a response was when the property manager wanted a notice to vacate the property. The personnel is nice and somewhat helpful but it's difficult to contact them because they never seem to be in the office. The housing waiting list is extremely long. I've been on the waiting list for about two years. The apartments appear gorgeous from the outside, but I was unable to examine them because no vacancies were available.
