Mark was very professional and personable. After inspecting the property, he didn’t just say, “You’ll see it all in my report.” He took the time to walk me through each area he inspected using his laptop and clearly explained his findings. He showed me what he inspected and explained how and why he reached his conclusions. If he wasn’t absolutely certain about an area of concern, he recommended I contact a specialist for more detailed information. He answered all of my questions. He also let me know I could contact him in the future if I had any further questions and he would be there for me. Now in my opinion, that is good customer service! Thank you Mark!

Mark brought up really good concerns for our home and has helped us keep pushing forward to hold our builder accountable for the issues that were present before closing that our builder didn’t fix. As well as some new concerns. Would definitely recommend you give him a call if you’re struggling with issues around your home or buying a new home and need a quality inspector. I wish we hired him from the very beginning and throughout the building process. Builders nowadays get away with so many hidden missed steps that the buyer is left to fix even when purchasing new construction. Mark even provided a very good quality company for a mold test. You can’t go wrong with using him for anything inspection related.

Mark completed a home inspection for us in April. There was a problem with the finishing of the surface of the concrete in the garage. Mark noted on the report and referred the problem for review to a concrete finishing contractor. The builder reviewed with his contractor who said it was only cosmetic. After talking to Mark again concerning this problem, we asked him for a recommendation on what to do. He suggested two courses of action. Tell the builder you wanted a second opinion from a neutral contractor or ask that it be sealed. He said the concrete was cured and troweled improperly, that too much moisture was pulled out during that process. The builder agreed and gave us this epoxy seal.
