I just moved in this past weekend and I’m genuinely blown away by the support and professionalism from Dominique and the entire apartment complex. From the tour to signing the lease to move-in day, Dominique made everything feel easy and stress-free. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to help. The complex itself is spotless, well-organized, and in a great location. I’ve lived in several apartment communities over the years, and this one is hands-down the best experience I’ve had. The parking garage feels very safe, with plenty of available parking, which is a huge plus. I recently moved into The Point at Fairfax in December 2025 and was on a bit of a deadline. The leasing team worked diligently to ensure I was able to move into my new apartment on time. I moved in the Point Sep 6th and my move in process and application was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. The leasing off was very efficient and attentive when it came to responding and answering any questions I add. I mainly had the pleasure of speaking with Dominque and she made everything so easy it was hard to believe at first. Dom was extremely quick to respond rather it was answering the phone or emailing. I would give these apartments 10 stars if I could.
