Enlighten Home Inspections, LLC

I'm in the process of buying an older home, and Greg was my home inspector on 1/23/26. He was an incredibly knowledgeable guy, honest, kind, and very thoughtful (and patient) to help educate me on the various conditions of the house as he was working through it. He was very thorough in his inspection, with strong attention to detail, and the report came back to me in less than 24 hours with very clear outlined conclusions with plenty of pictures for guidance. Dave was incredible! As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous, but Dave was exceptionally meticulous and patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was looking at in a way that made sense to us, never making us feel rushed for asking basic questions. His final report was incredibly detailed yet easy to navigate. What truly set him apart, however, was his willingness to make himself available for follow-up emails to ensure we understood the report and to help us figure out our next steps.
