Michelle was great to work with. Since we live out of state, she did everything for us. She made sure the unit was presentable for sale. She got the keys and everything for resale from the management company and found painters for us to paint the unit. She was always very accessible to us by phone and she referred us to a great attorney who handled the closing without a glitch.
