The Point at Exton

Ignore the paid/incentivized reviews. Real long term resident here and I have lived here since 2022, but will be moving out this year. I’ve learned a lot in the last few years living here. Good: - Location is incredible. Whole Foods across the street, multiple shopping centers within walking distance, and the Chester Valley Trail too. The level of walkability is unmatched. The Septa station is right up 100 as well for heading into the city. - From a surface level, the building looks great. Amenities like the pool, movie theater, or club room will have your friends/family that visit thinking you’re living in a luxury hotel. - Leasing and management staff are kind and host small events for the residents. We even won a nice designer bag during a fun bingo night they hosted. Bad: - The build

This is the best building in Exton. Good condo and good location. All the necessary amenities around. Wholefood Market. Shopping center, CVC Pharmacy, also attentive team at the front office.

This used to be a great apartment complex but it’s become really run down in the last few years. Pictured are pee stains from the first floor hallway and stairwell. There’s a very strong urine odor that indicates someone has been allowing their dog to pee there repeatedly. I find dog pee/poop/vomit in the hallway often, along with a plethora of other items left on hallway floors (ripped up couches, spilled takeout food, pine needles from someone’s Christmas tree, etc.) And it frequently smells like weed. The parking garage is always full of garbage. People leave any trash they don’t want in there, along with using it as a storage space for bins. The parking lines are also not visible. Everyone parks as best as they can but you can’t see where the spots are. The garage door is often broke

Our experience at The Point at Exton has been overwhelmingly positive. We've always received clear and courteous service from the manager, Zakir, whose professionalism truly stands out. The infrastructure is excellent—the building is new, maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the common areas are consistently clean and well-kept. The community also offers beautifully landscaped green spaces, a pool, and a designated area for barbecues. Living here has truly been a wonderful experience!

These apartments are truly luxurious. The Double sinks. The great staff. When it was still called The Hanover, Jay Humphrey was great. The Point took over, and honestly, they are amazing. They set up a beautiful Christmas tree and plenty of resident events. But the point turned this apartment into a home. If you aren't from the East coast and you don't know where to move. Try this place. Exton, in general, is great. It's not really for young adults, though. Exton is more of a place for parents and Grandparents.
