The Place at Riverwalk

Arrived here just over 2 months ago and have loved the location and walking my dogs around with all the flowers and mountain views. Have had good experience with the staff who are ready to answer any questions I have had. I recently had my washer stop spinning, and Shawn and Jen were wonderful and got us a fixed up and good to go in no time.

No one in this community is very respectful. The 20 somethings leave trash everywhere and the 50 somethings just complain constantly. Tech bros yelling on their phones all morning in the common spaces and pool parties with people bringing 10+ guests. The people that have dogs here can't keep their dogs on a leash and at the dog park everyone acts entitled to the space as if it is a private yard. There are homeless people who come throughout the community. Amazon does not competently deliver packages. The front office at this place is disorganized and does not care to resolve issues. They harass you with fees and last minute notifications requiring action. Half of the apartments are empty because this place has become too expensive for what it is worth. Go down the street and rent for $900

This is a great property and highly recommended! I am moving due to relocation. This place is very well maintained and the other residents are friendly. The management staff is great and very communicative along with setting up numerous food carts and things to take care of their residents and build community. I have had a few maintenance issues arise in the year I have lived there but all were handled by the time I got back from work the following day! Renting here is a no brainer if you are looking at multiple options around Tucson!

I recently had the pleasure of touring The Place at Riverwalk, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience! Kelsey showed us a unit, and from the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—modern, upgraded, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes that made it feel like home. The layout was spacious, and you could tell the property is well-maintained and cared for. Beyond the unit itself, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Kelsey took the time to answer all of our questions and made the tour a great experience. The community felt safe, inviting, and well-managed, which is exactly what we were looking for. I had a super positive experience with Matt who leads maintenance. My dishwasher needed some repairs and Matt came to check out the problem and work out a solution. It ended up being something where he had to order something so it was two visits, I was happy that he called me in between to give me an update unprompted. He even called me again to make sure it was a good time to come back and finish. It was all very easy, he was so nice, and I really appreciated that he communicated everything through the whole process. Thanks Matt!
