The Place at Marlboro

This place is awful. The apartments themselves are nice but the way they run things is atrocious. Our unit flooded OVER A YEAR AGO! at fault to the complex not even us. We have been put out of our unit since mid January of 2025 and they still have yet to fix the repairs so we can return. They opened our walls and left them like this since. We’ve messaged management numerous times which is hard to do when the leasing office manager is constantly changing and no one bothers to say anything. They don't answer the phones, the office is always closed when it’s supposed to be open. They leave letters on our door knowing we are put out of our unit I happen to find them when I go grab our mail occasionally. It’s impossible to reach corporate to get any real answers I’ve messaged resident relations

Edit almost 2 years later living here: live anywhere else. This place is a hazard. Management has changed multiple times since we've lived here and none of them ever care about the residents here. They just send letters out and call it a day. My cars have had multiple damages done to it and management does nothing about it, refusing to give information on who is doing it to my car. I doubt their cameras even work here. They keep telling me that I "may retaliate if they tell me who is doing it" and that is isn't legal for them to tell me. The advice that was given by the very rude management who is currently here was "get a ring camera and take it to small claims court with receipts". The most Unprofessional Apartment complex i’ve ever lived in. Nobody answers Phones, Emails, Calls. NOTHING. Fire alarms go off randomly, and they’ll replace one machine instead of every single one of them. Pipes bursted from 3rd floor due to hallways not being heated. Built Unprofessional, their service is unprofessional, they seek to not care about their clients/ residents. Besides the apartments being brand new, the service, & clubhouse are both far from perfect. They have a lot to work on, and need to hire real clubhouse agents. Has been almost a month that i’ve been out of my Apartment & everytime i call/ email for update i get the same Blant & Basic response. The property management staff Matt and Shirley are very professional and helpful. I went to submit my application in person, if I had any questions about the application they answered all my questions and concerns. Whatever you do don't mail your application, just go the property and hand it to the staff in person. In the event you have any questions..don't hesitate to ask them. They are there to help. For anyone saying they can't get in contact via phone and voicemail, just simply go to the leasing office during business hours.

Please be carful with this place my spouse & I applied in July and because (Rent grow Inc) denied it they wouldn’t approve us. Please go look at the reviews for that company (Rent Grow inc ) they literally wont approve you for little petty reasons most of the info they give to the apartments are not even true. You have to have an absolutely clean record. This apartment screams scammers they told us they would help after being denied and fight for us to get in and absolutely no help from no one in the office including the manager Indirah . They don’t pick up the phones and never in the office so you have to continually go up there to get help. Matt was nice but couldn’t get in touch with him EVER when he said he would help us get it turned over. Please be care they will take your applic
