Camelot West at Marlboro

I’ve been here almost a year and I absolutely love it. Rent everywhere is high right now, but you get a lot for your money here . I love the layout of my apartment The high ceilings, spacious rooms, I love all the lit up walking paths… to walk my dogs. I finally feel safe even walking my dogs at 2 o’clock at night. The staff is amazing, Jill is there to answer any questions or concerns and helping in any way she can as well as Jackie.. they have a dog park, A Place to wash your dogs a playground, for children , a beautiful pool , and community center to play pool . Or just hang out with friends .. plenty of parking as well as community events .. I would 100% recommend Camelot…a friendly community , a friendly staff, and all the amenities you could expect.

Far from luxury. Was looking at renting there to be closer to my aging grandma. Sat in my car to observe the community. Too close to the highway and is loud. Small yappy dogs that aren’t trained and poop on the grounds. Grounds people were rude, cars drive through loudly. 10/10 stay away

Management staff are rude , disrespectful and unprofessional. I needed help with something and was told by Amanda that she didn’t have time to help me because she had 500 other families to work with . Then what is the purpose of her employment? They lie and change the rules to work in their favor on any given day . I wouldn’t live here if they charged no rent . Luxury ? Absolutely not . Residents are ignored when they claim other dogs are off leash . To really enjoy the living experience here I was severely injured by a dog living in the complex . Management tried very hard to deny any knowledge of who owner of dog in question was. They tried every ploy to no avail . Lied to law enforcement about it as well . Got them though , thankfully . I have lived here for a little over a year. It is truly a great place to live. The apartments are beautifully done and the office and maintenance staff go out of their way to accommodate. I strongly recommend this development and the Kaplan Company in general, to anyone looking for a special place to rent.

Nice apartments but one of leasing office agents blatantly lied. We were on the way there this past Friday before the 4th of July to see the property called to see if office was still open due to holiday wknd. They said come the next and that they were open. We went the next day and office had a sign stating they were closed 🤦🏾‍♂️ Thanks for nothing. First experience of luxury rentals wasn’t that great
