Beacon Hill | Marlboro Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE - If you want piece of mind. Sprinklers have gone off 4 separate times in 3 different buildings over the last year we have lived here. Management has done nothing to fix the issue and every few months it happens again in another building. Trash is over flowing, and if you say anything they try to silence you. Please see attached pictures of the most recent issues we have dealt with living in this community. The walls are so thin you can hear the apartment above, and next to you. The pipes are not insolated so they are busting. Management does not seem to connect the dots that this is where we call home and all of our belongings are in jeopardy of being ruined because of the poor construction and lack of action on their part. Not to mention rent with all fee's are about $

Beautiful place to live with resort amenities is a bonus. Beautifully designed apartments with great layout. The process for applying felt seamless. I had the pleasure of working with Cindy when putting my application in and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She answered all my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. The entire staff is amazing from property management to maintenance. Clean, well maintained and friendly atmosphere! A great place to live!

I love it here at Beacon Hill! The apartment, neighborhood, and clubhouse are beautiful. Cindy is has great communication and did an amazing job assisting me with the application process and moving in. She is very easy to talk to. It’s a very clean and newly built development. I also like that my packages are secured in a locker and I have valet trash. All the amenities are great!

From the first inquiry call regarding the property to getting my keys to my new apartment. Cindy has made the experience exceptional.

My fiancé and I moved into this space. We loved the look and are excited about the amenities that are being built. We have to shout out Cindy in the leasing office for being so helpful and responsive during our application, tour, and moving process. She is fantastic! After living here for a year+, we have to note that the apartments are simply okay. The walls are very thin, and we can feel the vibrations from each step from our neighbors above us. We can hear everything from the hallway as well. The apartments are are very nice, but there is a lot left to be desired with the construction of them after $3,000/mo.
